- Led the integration of Amazon SSO into Buy with Prime, resulting in a 92% increase in merchant onboarding to Buy with Prime
- Developed a centralized feedback framework for AWS data center operations across 5 applications, driving process improvement by enabling technicians to send feedback directly to process owners
- Drove org-wide initiative across 20+ partner teams to upgrade Cypress testing framework and developed a common testing library, resolving persistent pipeline blockages caused by internal service throttling
